Connection....Connection?#!%*

We all experience the frustration rising up when our connection to the internet is slow, our television is fuzzy, or the cell phone drops a call. When our connection to each other has interference, it feels just as frustrating. How important is connection? Without it we have little excitement about just being here and living day to day. We lose valuable information that can shape our perceptions of each other, events or relationships as well as add joy or struggle to our daily lives.

Just as in electricity you must have both sides of the plug (give and take) - connection and communication go hand in hand. Without one, the other struggles. This struggle creates a larger disconnection and we give up in exasperation. When we have lost the hope or desire to create connection, what is the answer? Forgiveness.

Everything and everyone in our lives is neutral (neither good nor bad) until we put in place a perception. To us, this perception is based on truth from our past experience in our world (our being the operative word here). Forgiveness gives the opportunity to rethink the thoughts we’re using as the lens of understanding our world or someone in it. Often we believe that forgiveness is a far too generous act for the individual when in actuality it is self-serving. When we have painful memories with a negative charge, it colors our world and how we see it. We suffer. When we forgive, we bring peace and calm to ourselves and the painful memories as well. Forgiveness results from clearing unwanted negative thoughts from our mind and stripping them of their negative charge through understanding. As we create understanding, we depersonalize events and see the humanity of others which allows us to be more compassionate and see the offending event in a positive light. We can re-perceive from a “He did it to me” category to just another example of what happens in life.

This skill to forgive is innate – in an emergency people easily forgive old resentments. If we can forget the past in an emergency, we can forgive and forget at will. We need only see that this action is possible and advantageous. When our perceptions are negatively charged, this view feels impossible to obtain. A session of Rapid Eye gives us the opportunity to release the negative charge and look again for the forgiveness as we reconnect to ourselves and others.

Rapid Eye Technology (RET) is a safe, natural way to release stress and trauma leaving us empowered to live a happier, more productive life without reliving the trauma. RET gently simulates REM sleep, the body’s own natural discharge. Accessing the whole mind/body system while awake, allows you to be in control of your journey and in a powerful position to create your new reality. With new skills, ideas and experiences, you are less likely to repeat the “do what you’ve always done, get what you’ve always gotten” pattern of stuck in your life. Identify and release nonproductive beliefs, negative thought forms, and emotions—all of which contribute to emotional stress. RET is a release and reframe technology unique in its approach and amazing in its results.
